Fresh Start Worx is preparing for an important next step: moving our shop operations to a new location in East Hartford.
This move will give us the room we need to grow our work, strengthen our programs, and better support the people we serve.
From job training and mentorship to product creation and facility care, Fresh Start Worx helps individuals build confidence, develop practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward a stronger future.

Pathway Partners support critical production operations—helping participants refine skills, meet industry standards, and transition confidently from training into the workforce.

Fresh Start Worx Employee Break Room
A place to pause, connect, and recharge. At Fresh Start Worx, we know that meaningful work requires moments of rest. The Employee Break Room is a simple but powerful space—where participants and staff can take a breath, share a meal, build relationships, and return to the work with renewed energy and focus.
For many of our team members and trainees, this space represents something rare: a workplace that values their wellbeing. A clean, welcoming break room supports morale, mental health, and a sense of belonging—critical ingredients for retention, success, and long‑term stability.
Contributions at every level help furnish and equip this space with seating, storage, appliances, and thoughtful touches that communicate respect and care.
